Project Description
Keeping educational infrastructure up-to-date, while saving energy, is paramount for promoting a better learning environment. ECG was able to support these goals by upgrading the facilities of the White Plains City School District. With a goal of decreasing the District’s utility and operating costs, the savings generated will be used to directly fund substantial capital improvements and modernization of the schools’ energy systems.

In the Summer of 2010, the District began construction on an over $9 million energy-saving project that greatly improved the learning and working environment, and continued the District’s efforts to promote a green and sustainable approach to its operations.
