Project Highlights

Although the facilities at Patchogue-Medford UFSD had been well maintained over the years, the district wanted to see if they could reduce their energy bills and further upgrade their buildings through Energy Performance Contracting (EPC).

ECG Engineering, LLC. was retained to assist the district throughout the EPC process. In spite of regular maintenance, the district recently received proposals to provide $8-12 million worth of energy-related upgrades and a significant annual cash flow.
